Speed is Key

Once you've identified a pain point on Reddit, the clock starts ticking. The goal isn't to build a perfect product immediately, but to validate that people are willing to pay for a solution. Here is a 48-hour framework to go from insight to validation.

Hours 0-12: Deep Dive & Solution Hypothesis

Analyze the specific language users use to describe their problem. Draft a value proposition that uses their exact words. Sketch out a simple solution that addresses the core pain point without any bells and whistles.

Hours 12-24: Landing Page & Offer

Build a simple landing page. Use the "problem-agitate-solution" copy framework. Clearly state the problem (using Reddit quotes), explain why current solutions fail, and present your solution. Include a call to action, even if it's just an email waitlist.

Hours 24-48: Distribution & Feedback

Go back to the communities where you found the problem. engage in the discussion. Don't spam; add value. Share your findings and ask for feedback on your proposed solution. If you've truly hit a nerve, people will sign up.
