By accessing or using Painpoint.space (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Painpoint.space is a platform that analyzes public Reddit data to identify customer pain points and business opportunities. We provide analytics and insights based on this data.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Use of Reddit Data

Our Service utilizes the Reddit API. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We process public Reddit content to generate insights.
  • You will not use the insights generated to harass, dox, or harm any Reddit users.
  • You will not use the Service to reverse-engineer or de-anonymize Reddit user data.
  • The availability of data is subject to Reddit's terms and availability. We are not responsible for Reddit downtime or API changes.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion or as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by RNDWear LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. You retain ownership of your specific analysis requests, but we grant you a non-exclusive license to use the generated reports for your internal business purposes.

"AS IS" SERVICE

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE ANALYSIS OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
